Michael Williams

Mike Williams is a civil engineer with more than 25 years of experience in public transportation and utility infrastructure design including hydraulic analysis and calculations, roadway layout and planning, parking, pavements, utilities, storm drainage, as well as project estimation. Many of his projects require extensive ODOT coordination and complex right-of-way acquisition.
