Farid Movsumov

Farid Movsumov is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently, as the founder of Craftshift since January 2024, Movsumov leads the development of Shopify apps that enhance e-commerce operations, focusing on bulk management solutions to optimize efficiency. Previously, Movsumov served as Engineering Team Lead and Head of Engineering B2C at Otrium, where responsibilities included hiring and fostering a strong engineering culture while transitioning the company to a microservices architecture. Additional roles encompass positions such as Software Architect at Youwe, Senior Software Engineer at Sony, and earlier software development internships. Movsumov holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Ankara University, completed in 2012.
