Scott Seterstrom

Scott Seterstrom has extensive experience in event operations and group sales management, currently serving in an Event Operations role at BI WORLDWIDE since August 2023 and as Group Sales Manager at Cragun's Resort since June 2021. Previously, Scott worked at BI WORLDWIDE from May 2005 to April 2021 as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing logistics and on-site operations for various corporate events. Prior roles include Director of Group Sales & Marketing at The Lodge at Giants Ridge and Group Sales & Revenue Manager at Sun Country Airlines, focusing on maximizing occupancy and revenue performance. Scott holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Normandale Community College and has further education from the University of Minnesota.
