Justin Cooper

Justin Cooper serves as president of Saunders Construction, LLC and Saunders Express, LLC. He is responsible for executive management, strategic business planning, financial results and supporting an extraordinary client experience for the company’s Denver-based construction organization. Cooper brings 21 years of local expertise in all facets of the construction process. He brings past preconstruction, project development and project oversight experience on over $2 billion in completed projects. His experience includes work with The Colorado Health Foundation Headquarters, National Western Center Integrated Demolition, The Grand Residences and St. Anthony Hospital.

He holds a B.S. in construction science and management from Kansas State University and has been named to the Top 20 Under 40 by Engineering News – Record Mountain States and Top 40 Under 40 by the Denver Business Journal.

Cooper is an active member of the community and serves on the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation Board of Directors, the Executive Committee of the Denver Metro Chamber of Economic Development Corporation and the Volunteers of America Colorado Branch Board of Directors.
