Responsibilities have included staff management, quality control, ordering supplies, day-to-day task management, teaching, and implementing innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage in the spa industry. Prior to this, Mona Green worked at British Gas from February 1976 to May 1988 in administrative roles. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business from Waltham Forest College and three O Levels in Business and Marketing from Loxford High School.
