Leyla Alfaro Oliva

Leyla Alfaro Oliva is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching English and philosophy across various educational institutions. Currently serving as an IB English Language and Literature Teacher at Craighouse School since February 2023, Leyla has previously held roles such as Philosophy Coordinator and English & Philosophy Teacher at The Grange School Chile. Additional teaching experience includes positions at Kansas University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Colegio Cumbres, and various other schools, predominantly focusing on English instruction from pre-elementary to senior school levels. Leyla holds a Magister en Dirección y Gestión Escolar from Universidad del Desarrollo and has pursued further studies in literature at The University of Kansas, alongside an International Baccalaureate certification in English.
