Tom Cavers is an experienced operations manager within the ski industry, currently serving at Craigleith Ski Club since August 2023. Prior to this, Cavers held various roles, including operations manager, hill manager, and lift operations and maintenance supervisor at Beaver Valley Ski Club from 2001 to August 2023. Early career experience includes working as a groomer operator at Big White Ski Resort from 1994 to 2000. Cavers's educational background includes studies at Georgian College from 2001 to 2002, the University of New Brunswick from 1992 to 1994, and Ridley College from 1987 to 1992.

Founded in 1958, Craigleith is a warm, vibrant private ski club that embraces its members and staff, creating a home away from home on the hills and in the lodges.
