Currently serving as a Shareholder at Crain Caton & James since September 2023, Michael previously held the title of Managing Member at Roy Legal & Advisory, PLLC from February 2021 to September 2023. With a background as Consulting Counsel for GFL Environmental Inc. and as Senior Vice President - General Counsel at WCA Waste Corporation, Michael was instrumental in the company's private acquisition by Macquarie Infrastructure Partners II. Additionally, Michael has experience as the Founder & CEO of The Right Bank for Texas and has held senior legal positions at Sterling Bank and Charter Banks. Michael holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, History, and Philosophy from Northwestern University.
