DeShonta Dupree is an experienced events management professional with a strong background in corporate events, public relations, and marketing. Currently serving as Events Manager at Crain Communications since November 2020, DeShonta has held prior roles as Senior Events Coordinator and Digital Events Specialist within the organization. DeShonta's extensive experience includes coordinating a wide array of events at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, alongside public relations roles at Mount Pleasant Area Community Foundation and Central Michigan Life, focusing on communication strategies and content creation. DeShonta holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Integrative Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from Central Michigan University.
