Sean O’Brien

Sean O’Brien has spent over a decade as an advisor and partner to elite performers and leaders in business

and sport. His work emphasizes how elite leaders develop a consistent and credible reputation, forge high

performing teams, and establish routines for peak performance.

Prior to joining CRA | Admired Leadership®, Sean spent over 15 years in the healthcare industry developing

top talent, and generating a level of success that increased revenue within his organizations. During his time

as an Executive Leader, Sean was responsible for developing and implementing significant changes that

would help establish a new culture of high performance, accountability, and growth throughout the organization.

His experience leading teams through uncertainty and change through effective communication

and followership behaviors makes him a preferred choice for clients seeking counsel in their respective

role and career journeys.

Sean earned a B.A. from Duke University while also being a four-year letter winner on the baseball team.

He resides in Sacramento, CA with his wife and son, where he is a volunteer with the Big Brother Big Sister

organization. Constantly pushing his physical limits with team races, he participates in triathlons, Tough

Mudder and Ragnar races.
