Joe Mendoza Ii

Joseph Mendoza II has a BA in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame. Joseph has worked as a Studio Designer/Project Manager at Winick Architecture + Design, a Job Captain & Project Manager at Appleton Partners LLP - Architects, and currently serves as a Project Architect at Craine Architecture. Joseph's experience includes working on a variety of project types such as high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, single-family PUD’s, custom residential, high-end residential, and boutique resort architecture. Joseph has also been involved in all phases of design, content development, BIM software guidelines, local permitting, public hearings, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
