Nicholas McCord II

Nicholas McCord, II has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicholas is currently working as the VP, Finance Director at Cramer-Krasselt since March 2023. Prior to this, Nicholas held multiple roles at Performics, starting as a Senior Financial Analyst in April 2015 and progressing to Director, FP&A, where they worked until March 2023. Nicholas also served as Associate Director, FP&A from April 2019 to July 2022 and as Finance Manager, FP&A from April 2018 to April 2019.

Before their tenure at Performics, Nicholas worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Senior Financial Analyst from May 2014 to April 2015 and as a Financial Analyst from April 2013 to April 2014. In these roles, they developed Monthly Operating Review documents, prepared executive summaries, and managed forecast updates.

Nicholas also gained experience at Wintrust Mortgage as an Accounting - Investor Paydown Representative from August 2012 to April 2013, creating and posting journal entries and generating daily reports. Prior to that, they briefly worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Access Media 3, where they utilized Microsoft Excel and Google software.

Nicholas began their career as a Student Worker in Athletics at Benedictine University from September 2008 to May 2012. Nicholas also worked as a Camp Counselor at The Salvation Army for the summer of 2009 and participated in floor programs at John G. Shedd Aquarium from May to August 2007.
