Andrew Wharton

Andrew Wharton currently serves as a Communications Associate and Communications Specialist at Cranberry Township since May 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Technical Director for the Washington Wild Things from May 2021 to August 2023, responsible for operating the home plate camera and facilitating in-game communications while providing updates for online live streaming graphics. Andrew also gained experience as a Camera Operator and Technical Director at IUP-TV Sports from September 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities included operating cameras and managing Tri-Caster and graphics for various IUP athletic programs. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Media Production from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2022, and a Diploma of Education in General Studies from Upper St. Clair School District, earned in 2018.
