The Human Resources team at Cranbrook Educational Community is responsible for managing and supporting all employee-related functions. This includes recruiting and onboarding new staff, handling employee relations, managing benefits and payroll, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The team also provides support and guidance to faculty and administration to enhance the overall educational experience for both students and staff.
