The Crandall Independent School District (CISD) is a growing rural school district located 23 miles southeast of Dallas, Texas, along Highway 175.  It includes approximately 90 square miles and more than 6,500 students and about 850 employees. CISD is fully accredited (PK-12) by the Texas Education Agency.  

The District consists of six elementary schools, one middle school, one freshman center, and one high school.

The Teaching Team at Crandall ISD is responsible for delivering high-quality education across various subjects, including English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR), Interior Design, Business Education, History, Mathematics, Special Education, and Culinary Arts. In addition to classroom instruction, team members also fulfill roles such as coaching, homebound and in-home behavior education, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring a well-rounded and inclusive educational experience for all students.
