Nyla Shepherd

Nyla Shepherd, CICP, CBA, CBF, currently serves as the Director of Credit at Crane ChemPharma & Energy since December 2021. Previously, Nyla held the position of Credit Manager at Heath Consultants Incorporated from October 2007 to September 2022, where responsibilities included the creation of standard operating procedures and training to enhance operational efficiency in the accounts receivable cycle. Additionally, as Credit Supervisor at Enventure during the same period, Nyla conducted creditworthiness assessments for domestic and international accounts, managed revenue, invoicing, and collections, and prepared cash forecasts. Earlier experience includes serving as Fund Reporting Accountant II at AIM Investments from 2000 to 2007, where Nyla maintained accounting records for mutual funds, ensured compliance with SEC regulations, and contributed to operational process improvements. Nyla earned a degree in Accounting and Finance from Louisiana State University between 1988 and 1993.
