Drew Esselman is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and production management, currently serving as Production Manager at Crane Composites since August 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of Process Engineers, a Process Coordinator, a Color Analyst, and Production Supervisors managing 45 production associates across two shifts.
