Drew Esselman

Drew Esselman is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and production management, currently serving as Production Manager at Crane Composites since August 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of Process Engineers, a Process Coordinator, a Color Analyst, and Production Supervisors managing 45 production associates across two shifts. Previous experience includes roles as Production Supervisor, where Drew managed up to 35 personnel, and Process Engineer, focused on process efficiency and improvements through six sigma, vision systems, and data analysis. Drew also gained valuable experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Louisville, and as an R&D Co-op at Monument Chemical. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in progress at Northern Kentucky University, a Master of Engineering (MEng) and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
