Terrence Kane is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development, process improvement, and product development. Currently serving as a Research and Development Engineer at Crane Composites, Inc., Terrence has been instrumental in enhancing fiberglass reinforced plastic panels for various segments. Previous roles include Process Improvement Engineer and Kaizen Tool Champion, where a rigorous application of Lean Six Sigma principles resulted in significant cost savings. As a Technical Consultant at Lighthouse ISI, Terrence provided expertise in product and process development, while as Research & Development Manager at TDC Filter Manufacturing, Terrence established a cutting-edge filter testing lab and optimized product offerings. With a solid background at Global Material Technologies, Terrence managed successful product development initiatives and evolved quality assurance systems to achieve ISO certification. Terrence holds a BS in Technical Management from DeVry University and has foundational training in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Vocational studies.
