Shawn Grundlingh

Shawn Grundlingh is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the banking and currency sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director at Crane Currency since September 2021, Shawn specializes in the marketing and sales of banknote printing, focusing on design, security features, and customer acquisition within the Central Bank market. Prior to this role, Shawn held similar positions at Bundesdruckerei-Gruppe and Giesecke+Devrient, where responsibilities included marketing banknote printing and processing systems, as well as managing key accounts across various regions including Johannesburg and Dubai. Shawn's career began at Absa Group in various roles, such as Forecast Analyst and Relationship Manager, building a solid foundation in cash management and customer relations. Shawn holds educational credentials from the University of the Witwatersrand and Mondeor High School.
