Adrienne Wagner's work experience begins in 2000 as a Consultant at C-bridge Internet Solutions, where they successfully managed a project budget and contributed to business development. Adrienne then worked as a Fundraiser at Boston Aging Concerns, achieving high fundraising goals and overseeing marketing and public relations activities. Adrienne later joined Harvard University as an Assistant Director, where they collected data, analyzed giving trends, and managed fundraising volunteers. Adrienne then gained experience as a Customer Segment Strategist Intern at Nationwide before joining Fare and Square as a Number Cruncher and Sounding Board. Adrienne's next role was at Nationwide Insurance, where they held various positions, including Financial Business Director and Director of Shared Services. Currently, they serve as the Vice President at Crane Group and will soon join Pet Paradise as a Member of the Board of Directors.

Adrienne Wagner has a diverse education background. Adrienne obtained their MBA in Corporate Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Sociology and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame between 1996 and 2000. Adrienne also spent a brief period in 1998 at University College Dublin, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree there or pursued any specific field of study. In 2011, they attended the Yoga on High Teacher Training Institute and became a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher in 2012. Additionally, Adrienne earned the Bloombase Advanced Women Leaders Alumni certification from Bloombase - Groundmaking for Growth in August 2020.
