Gene Baker, CCP, CBP, GRP is currently the Vice-President, Total Rewards at Crane NXT, overseeing compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll globally for the company. Gene previously held similar roles at Veeam Software, Iron Mountain, Phase Forward, Endeca Technologies, Keane, Axcelis Technologies, J.D. Edwards & Company, Cabletron Systems, Inc, and Hilti, North America, Inc. Gene has a B.A. in Social & Industrial Communications from Wright State University, an M.S. in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University, and graduated from McCluer North High School.
