Mike Hoffman has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Assistant Superintendent at Crane Schools since July 2017. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions within Crane Elementary School District, including Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Principal, and Assistant Principal, focusing on creating effective learning environments and supporting educational missions. Mike's earlier experience includes serving as a Professional Development Coach, providing on-site assistance to instructional staff, and working as a Classroom Teacher for multiple grade levels. Additionally, Mike has a diverse background outside education, having worked as Vice President at La Reata Studios, Inc., and as an Artist/Certified Welder at Larson Co. Mike holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona, and an Associate of Science in Forestry from Paul Smith's College.
