Jana St. Germain is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and sales management. Currently serving as the Customer Service Team Leader at Crane Stationery since February 2017, St. Germain previously held the position of Sales Manager at The Porches Inn at MASS MoCA/Main Street Hospitality Group from October 2007 to May 2016. St. Germain also contributed to Develop North Adams as Co Chair of the Recruitment and Retention Committee from August 2011 to December 2012, focusing on business development and community engagement. Additional experience includes participation on the Education Committee with the Northeastern NY Chapter of MPI from 2010 to 2012 and serving as Sr. Conference Sales Manager at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort from 2006 to 2008. St. Germain holds an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management from Becker College and is a graduate of the 2008 Berkshire Leadership Program.
