Amanda Hein is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations and Site Leader at Crane Aerospace & Electronics since January 2012, Amanda has a proven track record of driving operational profit results and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Prior roles at Crane include Director of Manufacturing and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed key initiatives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. Amanda's earlier experience includes positions as Electrical Engineer II at Newport News Shipbuilding, where project management and design requirements were handled, and as Junior Electrical Engineer at Infinetix Corp., focusing on circuit design and firmware development.
