Christine Guttler

Christine Guttler serves as a Value Stream Manager at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, overseeing eight production cells and a team of 22 production assemblers and technicians, while driving process improvements through CBS and Kaizen tools. With a diverse background in production supervision, quality control, customer service, and wellness coaching, Christine has held various roles at Filson, including Pre Production Supervisor and Engineering Assistant/QC Auditor, where effective problem-solving and inventory management were key responsibilities. Christine's educational credentials include a BS in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University and a Six Sigma Certificate from Villanova University. Additionally, Christine's experience as a Ski Instructor and Program Director showcases strong leadership and communication skills across different environments.
