Kristen Usher

Kristen Usher (Kopy) currently serves as the Program Control & Oversight Manager at Crane Aerospace & Electronics since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kristen held the position of Consultant - Schedule Analysis for Program Control & Management between October 2015 and April 2021, performing part-time schedule analysis and reporting for Crane Aerospace. Kristen's experience also includes previous roles as a Planning Consultant at Rolls-Royce North America, Head of Program Planning & Resource Management at Eaton Aerospace, and Cost Controller at Union Switch & Signal. Kristen began a career in accounting as a Senior Accountant at Franklin Interiors. Kristen holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University. Additionally, Kristen has been a stay-at-home mom since September 2012.
