Jinesh Gandhi has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Jinesh began their career as an R&D Engineer at Mahindra & Mahindra in 2007, followed by a role as a Product Design Engineer at Storm Industries, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Jinesh then worked as a Design Engineer at NSK Americas from 2013 to 2014. Jinesh then joined Crane Company, where they held various positions including Engineering Lead from 2014 to 2017, Engineering Manager from 2017 to 2019, and Director of Engineering from 2019 to 2020. Jinesh is currently serving as the Global Vice President of Engineering at Crane Company, leading a team of 30+ engineers and managers in executing strategic initiatives and formulating technology strategies. Throughout their career, Jinesh has demonstrated their expertise in new product development, M&A evaluation, and driving revenue growth.

Jinesh Gandhi has a diverse education history. In addition to their formal education, Jinesh has obtained various certifications in areas such as product strategy, leadership, management, Lean Six Sigma, and SolidWorks simulation. Jinesh has also achieved the Championship Title in ABU Robocon in 2006.
