Ronald C. Lindsay

Ronald has been a Director since 2023. He is the Chief Operating Officer of Eastman Chemical Company, Kingsport, TN (manufacturer of specialty chemicals, plastic compounds and acetate fibers) since 2013, Chief Operating Officer from 2013 to 2016, and Executive Vice President, Specialty Fluids and Intermediates, Fibers, Adhesives and Plasticizers Worldwide Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing Support, from 2011 to 2013 with positions of increasing responsibility from 1980, including Senior Vice President from 2006 to 2009; Executive Vice President, Specialty Fluids and Intermediates, Fibers, Adhesives and Plasticizers Worldwide Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing Support, Eastman Chemical Company from May 2011 to 2013. He had positions of increasing responsibility with Eastman Chemical from 1980, including Senior Vice President from 2006 to 2009 and Executive Vice President from 2009 to 2013.
