Tenson Tian

Tenson Tian has extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Tenson began their career at Toppoly Optoelectronics (Nanjing) Ltd as a Production Supervisor, where they supervised a TFT LCD production line and handled any discrepancies and deviations. Tenson then joined Universal Scientific Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd as a Green Product Engineer, responsible for ensuring compliance with green regulations and supporting other departments in completing related tasks. Tenson later worked at Ericsson as a Supplier Quality Engineer, where they implemented the Supplier Quality Assurance Plan and worked on new product development and supplier qualification. Tenson then joined Crane Payment Innovations and held various roles, including Manager-Supplier Quality AP, Global Commodity Manager, and most recently, Vice President, China & Southeast Asia Sourcing. In this role, they oversee sourcing activities in the regions. Tenson's experience demonstrates their expertise in supplier quality, green product engineering, and sourcing management.

Tenson Tian pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Hong Kong from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology from 2001 to 2005.
