Holly Cronk (Spingler) possesses extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles, currently serving as the Global Head of HR for Sales and Marketing at Crane Payment Innovations since July 2018. In this position, Holly crafts and implements HR strategies aligned with the goals of global sales and marketing teams, emphasizing talent acquisition and fostering an inclusive culture. Previously, Holly held positions at Target from June 2009 to July 2018, including General Manager, where leadership of large teams through enterprise changes and development of talent strategies were key responsibilities.
