Clarissa Tonnous is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer care and healthcare operations. Currently serving as a Customer Care Partner at The Craneware Group since May 2022, Clarissa focuses on customer adoption of solutions and maintains effective communication between internal and external customers. Prior to this role, Clarissa worked at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center for two decades, holding positions as a Contract Reimbursement Analyst, Medical Biller, Registration Clerk, and gaining comprehensive knowledge in contract management and billing processes. Clarissa's career began at Harry & David as a Customer Service Representative.
