Katie Hartman has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Katie began their career in 2001 as an Auditor with the USDA Office of Inspector General, where they conducted program audits to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. In 2005, they joined Heartland Health, taking on various roles including Operations Analyst, Compliance Auditor, and eventually becoming the Director of Revenue & Reimbursement. In 2016, Katie transitioned to Truman Medical Centers as a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst, providing leadership and support for revenue management initiatives. Most recently, they have held roles at Craneware, where they started as a Client Success Manager in 2016 and worked their way up to become the Vice President of Customer Success, overseeing and collaborating with healthcare providers to improve economic performance and outcomes.

Katie Hartman attended Missouri Western State University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting and Management (General Business). In August 2015, they obtained their Advisory Board Fellowship from The Advisory Board Company.
