Katherine Perrin

Katherine Perrin is a seasoned facilitator, coach, and consultant with a focus on Action Learning Sets, evaluation, and strategic development, currently working as a freelancer since May 2022. Katherine also serves as a Volunteer Mentor and Charity Consultant for Cranfield Trust. Previously, Katherine held significant positions at St Catherine's Hospice Sussex and Surrey, where responsibilities included business improvement management and volunteer development management. Katherine's experience extends to leadership roles such as Deputy Chair at AVSM and Head of Development at 3VA, showcasing expertise in operational management, governance, and volunteer engagement. Katherine holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from the University of Nottingham and a Post-graduate Diploma in Local Government Management from the University of Warwick.
