Beth Rogers

Beth Rogers is a seasoned mentor and consultant with extensive experience in higher education and sales management. Currently self-employed since March 2017, Beth also serves as a Visiting Fellow and Course Director at Cranfield School of Management, alongside being a Fellow at the Institute of Sales Professionals and an Honorary Fellow at the Sales Performance Association. Previously, Beth held the position of Non-Executive Director at The Southern Co-operative and served as a Director at Parity Trust. Academic contributions include leading the Marketing and Sales Subject Group at Portsmouth Business School and involvement in national standards development with the UK Sales Board. Beth holds a Doctor of Philosophy in sales outsourcing and multiple degrees in business and marketing, complemented by a Principal Fellowship from the Higher Education Academy.
