Maya El Tal

Maya El Tal, MBA, MSc, CPTD®, serves as Associate Faculty at Cranfield School of Management and Emeritus, where leadership development programs are facilitated across the MEA region. With extensive experience in academia and consulting, Maya holds positions as Teaching Faculty and Senior Trainer at Lebanese American University, focusing on Executive MBA courses and coaching certifications. As President of the International Leadership Institute, Maya provides training on leadership and organizational development.
