Philippa Thurgur has been an integral member of Cranfield School of Management since April 2003, serving in various roles including Executive Client Director and Programme Director for the Talent Development Programme and BSL MSc. With expertise in executive education, Philippa has designed and directed programs aimed at middle and senior managers during significant organizational change across diverse sectors. In addition to management responsibilities, Philippa spent 12 years as Assessment and Development Services Manager in the Centre for Customised Executive Development. Previous experience includes account management roles at Key Design and Pex Ltd, as well as positions at Coats Viyella as Licensing Manager and Menswear Designer. Philippa holds multiple degrees from Birkbeck, University of London, including an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and an Advanced PG Diploma in Coaching, complemented by a BA(Hons) in Fashion Design from Nottingham Trent University.
