Luisa Grappone

Luisa Grappone has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering and product development. Luisa is currently serving as the Director of Research Development at crankbrothers since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Rider Firm as an Engineering and Product Manager from 2017 to 2022, where they managed the product life-cycle, conducted competitive benchmarking, and created work plans for successful product launches.

Before joining The Rider Firm, Luisa worked at Campagnolo as a Senior Product Engineer from 2013 to 2017. In this role, they were involved in the design and development of high-end bicycle carbon wheels, including mold design, material specification, and product testing. Additionally, they conducted wind tunnel tests for the products.

From 2009 to 2013, Luisa worked as a Senior Product Engineer at 3T Cycling. Luisa'sresponsibilities included products design, finite element analysis, manufacturing optimization, and suppliers management.
