Ski Patrol Director Risk Management at Cranmore Mountain Resort

Alan Tate is an experienced professional with a diverse background in emergency services and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Ski Patrol Director for Cranmore Mountain Resort since November 1996, Alan oversees operations and safety protocols for guests and employees. In addition, Alan holds roles as a Firefighter/EMT with the North Conway Fire Department and as an Emergency Clinical Assistant at Memorial Hospital. As the State Park Manager for the New Hampshire Department of Cultural and Natural Resources, Alan executes park operations and staff training. Alan co-founded Mission for the Missing, a non-profit organization aiding in the search for missing persons, and serves as President of Metro Investigation. Alan has held various leadership positions in professional associations, including past presidency roles and directorships, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to public safety and community service.
