Rebecca Deschenes has a strong background in marketing and event management, particularly in the ski resort industry. Rebecca worked at Cranmore Mountain Resort in New Hampshire from 2009 to 2015, where they held various roles. From 2009 to 2012, they served as an Executive Assistant, assisting with tasks related to snowmaking, risk management, marketing, and project management. During this time, they also played a key role in rebranding Cranmore's terrain parks and coordinating cross-resort marketing initiatives. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Marketing Manager, overseeing brand management, event planning, advertising, and social media initiatives for Cranmore and its sister resorts. Rebecca later became the Director of Marketing, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance Cranmore's presence in the market. Overall, Rebecca has demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, event coordination, and brand management within the ski resort industry.
Rebecca Deschenes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Communications from Plymouth State University from 2005 to 2009. Rebecca then pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business, from Plymouth State University from 2009 to 2010. In 2019, Rebecca obtained a certificate in Digital Marketing & Sales Analytics from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, where they are pursuing a certificate in Post Crisis Hospitality Management.
