Samantha Smith

Samantha Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Samantha began their career as an HR Assistant/Adviser at ConocoPhillips in 2006 and later moved on to become a Talent Management Adviser, where they contributed to projects aimed at developing the company's workforce. In 2009, they joined Stage Ltd as an HR Manager and played a crucial role in a process of TUPE and the acquisition of staff. Samantha then transitioned to a Junior HR Business Partner role at Which?, where they partnered with various divisions of the company. In 2013, Samantha became an HR Manager at PwC, where they developed and delivered HR initiatives to support business strategy within the Audit sector. Lastly, they held senior HR roles at Cranswick Country Foods PLC, including Head of HR - Eastern, where they provided strategic HR leadership to food and farming operations across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Samantha Smith attended the University of Lincoln from 2004 to 2008, where they received a First Class BA Hons degree in Human Resource Management. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Chartered Fellow - CIPD from CIPD Qualifications in 2020 and became a Mental Health First Aider through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2019.
