Erik Joule (EJ) has extensive experience in e-commerce, merchandising, and organizational design across multiple roles in notable companies. Currently serving as an Advisor to the CEO at Crap Eyewear since January 2016, EJ previously held the position of President at 686, overseeing business expansion into activewear and streetwear. Additional advisory roles include working with Mojo Vision Inc. and various early-stage start-ups, where EJ consulted on brand and digital commerce strategies. Notably, as CMO at Strava, EJ integrated cross-functional areas to connect athletes with innovative products.
