Eric Gray is an experienced creative professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various marketing and design companies. Currently serving as the Executive Creative Director at Crash The Boards since June 2024, Eric previously held the position of Creative Director at Willow Marketing from November 2021 to September 2024. Prior roles include Associate Creative Director and Senior Art Director at CVR, and Art Director at Caldwell VanRiper and Gannett, where contributions were made to integrated marketing solutions for Gannett-owned publications. Earlier experience includes a Designer position at Pivot Marketing, specializing in web design, branding, and print design, and a managerial role at Lowe's Home Improvement, overseeing significant sales operations. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design from IUPUI and also attended Ball State University.
