Karoline Uhler

Karoline Uhler is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director of Brand Design at Crate and Barrel since January 2008, where creative direction involves leading multiple teams for both Crate & Barrel and Crate & Kids brands, coordinating closely with various stakeholders on marketing and visual merchandising initiatives. Previous roles at Crate and Barrel include Senior Art Director, Art Director, Senior Designer, and Graphic Designer, contributing to the evolution and aesthetic development of brand packaging and marketing. Additional experience includes a role as Designer and Fundraising Event Coordinator at Community Animal Rescue Effort C.A.R.E., where Uhler established the brand aesthetic for a non-profit organization, and graphic design work at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Creative Commune, focusing on educational and consumer packaging projects. Uhler holds a BFA in Fine Art with minors in History and Sociology from Muskingum University.
