Neil Hinchley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the radio and brewery industries. Neil co-founded CRATE Brewery in 2012, where they served as a Founder Director. In the same year, they also became a Director for CRATE Brewery, Alfred Leroy, Micks Garage, and JARR Kombucha, managing these businesses until July 2022.

Prior to their involvement in the brewery industry, Neil worked at the BBC. Neil started their career at BBC Radio Wales in 1998 as a Producer, and later moved to BBC Radio 1 as a Presenter, Assistant Producer, and Researcher. Neil contributed as a specialist music consultant for online content and produced network documentaries. From 2003 to 2009, Neil worked at BBC Radio 1Xtra as a Senior Producer, leading and motivating production staff, managing on-air talent, and ensuring high-quality broadcast output.

Additionally, Neil had a short stint at BBC Blast in 2009 as a Project Manager. Overall, Neil's work experience demonstrates their expertise in the creative and media industries, with a focus on production, management, and entrepreneurship.

Neil Hinchley completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Neil attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
