Kristin Albert is an experienced operations professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Craveworthy Brands since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kristin held the position of Director of Operations at Genghis Grill from August 2021 to January 2023. Kristin's extensive background includes serving as Director of Operations and General Manager at Bottleneck Management from September 2009 to February 2020, and as Senior Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from January 2006 to May 2009. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology from the University of Iowa, earned between 1996 and 2000.
