Crystal Butler

Crystal Butler has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Crystal currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Crawford Company since 2022. Prior to this, Crystal worked as a Human Resources Professional at Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C. from 2019 to 2022, where they managed various HR functions and ensured compliance with state and federal regulations.

Before joining Cardiovascular Medicine, Crystal worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Consultant at Maufacturing Engineering from 2017 to 2019. Their responsibilities included identifying and connecting highly skilled professionals with job opportunities in the manufacturing sector.

Crystal also gained experience as a Human Resources Manager at Robert Half, McLaughlin in 2016 and at Network Imaging Solutions from 2010 to 2013. Crystal began their career as an Office/Human Resources Manager at PFS in 1998, where they worked for a decade.
