Michael Chen is currently the Director of Engineering & Construction Risks at Crawford & Company, where Michael also serves as the Head of Engineering for Global Technical Services. Prior to their current role, Michael worked as a Research And Development Engineer at UAC Berhad and a Production Engineer at a local bicycle assembly factory. Michael holds degrees in Materials and Manufacturing Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.
