Kristin Dorsch

Kristin Dorsch has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Kristin currently holds the position of Vice President of Property Accounting at Crawford Hoying, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Coastal Ridge Real Estate from 2017 to 2023, holding various roles including Director of Property Accounting, Accounting Manager, Senior Property Controller, and Property Controller. In these positions, they were responsible for preparing financials, journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll, expense accruals, and calculating investor distributions. Before joining Coastal Ridge Real Estate, Kristin worked at OhioHealth as a Senior Finance Coordinator from 2016 to 2017, where they performed net revenue functions for physician practices and maintained a Net Revenue Model. Prior to that, they held roles as a Finance Coordinator and Staff Accountant at OhioHealth from 2014 to 2015, where they performed net revenue functions and prepared monthly financials for physician group practices.

Kristin Dorsch obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Malone University. Kristin completed their education at Malone University from the year 2008 to 2012.
