Timothy Sumner

Timothy Sumner is a Project Manager at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., where responsibilities include designing and managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects since June 1991. Additionally, Timothy served as an Instructor in the Department of Civil Engineering & Construction at Bradley University from August 2017 to May 2020, teaching a course focused on a Civil Engineering Design Project related to Peoria's CSO Green Solution on Krause Avenue. Timothy holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University, earned between 1987 and 1991, and received earlier education at Belleville West.
