William Reis

William Reis is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and leasing. Currently serving as an Associate Leasing and Associate Property Manager at Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors since June 2019, William manages 1.2 million square feet of class A retail shopping centers across the southeastern United States for prominent clients including DRA Advisors and Riverstone Capital Group. Additional experience includes a role as a Junior Board Member at the Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce from January 2021 to December 2023, and an internship at Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors where William contributed to lease revisions and tenant interviews. Earlier, as a Research Intern at the Alabama Center for Real Estate, William produced residential reports for various regions in Alabama. William holds a degree in Finance with a Real Estate specialization from The University of Alabama, completed in 2019.
